I spotted this car carrier on my commute home today. It is the Roush-Fenway Racing #16 3M car, which I had to google to see who drives it because the only driver identification was a completely illegible signature. It's Greg Biffle.
Maybe if Greg Biffle's people responsible for such things, oh I dunno, printed Greg Biffle's name on the side of the trailer and not just his signature, 3M wouldn't be !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .
So yes, this appears to be some kind of dually Ford Super Duty, and a nice enclosed trailer, but don't NASCAR teams usually have fancier rigs than this?
Also I'm not sure what they were doing heading west through Madison, WI. The !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, IL—a good three hours south east of where I took this picture. Maybe they forgot something. In Minnesota.

The Biff is illegible in general

Yes, but they also have these smaller ones for bringing cars to events (non race vents particularly).

There's a race this weekend though. It's in Joliet, IL about 3 hours southeast of me in Madison, WI. And they were heading west.

That's what carries the show car, not the race cars. The show cars are taken to various stores and appearances.

Its a show car. They had a few in Watkins Glen when I was there. It's just put a car they don't race and just bring to show off. Race haulers are big ass Semis.

As others have said, this truck's transporting a show car. Biffle has a full size rig for his actual competition cars, just like the other cup teams.

Yes there is, and that's where the Big Hauler is. This is likely headed to a different event. Possibly headed up to be displayed at 3M in St.Paul.

Perhaps it's just a support truck, bringing things like spare parts, tires, or the pit box:

Those are the show cars that travel around to different events, appearances, sponsor events.

All that's in the main rig. Goodyear brings the tires. The rigs hold A LOT of equipment.

Yes here's a video/ad for his sponsor tour of Dale Jr's Nationwide series hauler.
The pit box and other tool boxes go in the corridor he is standing in.
